The Light We Give

For 75 years, Causewave has played a vital role—not as the centerpiece of change, but as the steady support behind it. As we commemorate this milestone, the focus isn’t on our longevity but on the community champions who’ve made our work meaningful throughout the years. “The Light We Give” is a tribute to them—the partners, volunteers, funders, quiet helpers, and bold visionaries whose efforts have sparked progress across generations. This event is our chance to hold up their light and reflect the brilliance that has made Rochester what it is, today.

Join us as we celebrate 75 years of Causewave/the Ad Council of Rochester! Emceed by the lovely Natalie Kucko of WROC Rochester First, the evening begins with an awards ceremony honoring the incredible leaders and partners who have moved our community forward over the past 7 decades.

Guests will then enjoy conversation and cocktails in the beautiful setting of the George Eastman Museum with the backdrop sounds of an Eastman School of Music jazz trio. Indulge in a delicious spread of heavy hors d’oeuvres from Farmhouse Table.
